DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Free Next Day Delivery applies to orders placed and paid for online. Orders over £75 (exc VAT) placed before midday will normally be delivered next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Fridays before midday will normally be delivered Monday. Orders placed at weekends will normally be delivered Tuesday.
Orders phoned in or under £75 (exc VAT) will be sent via our standard delivery service (max 2-3 days), and will be charged £5.99 + VAT for delivery. Upgrade to Next Day Delivery is available at extra cost. Please ask for details.
Orders for remote and offshore addresses (orange zone - see map) will attract a delivery surcharge and may not be available for next day delivery. Please call us for details when you are placing your order.
Other points regarding delivery:
● Next Day Delivery applies to all in-stock items
● Next Day Delivery does not apply at weekends or on Bank Holidays
● Delivery time is usually between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
● Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery when it arrives
● Saturday delivery is available at extra cost. Please ask for details
● Free Next Day Delivery on qualifying orders is available for a limited time
